Kinect, the movement detector for Xbox, was built to to revolutionize the way people play games and how they experience entertainment. And that’s been called the Kinect Effect.
“What is really exciting to see is how Kinect has inspired people to create and innovate. See for yourself how therapists at Lakeside Center for Autism are integrating Kinect’s full body play technology into their therapy sessions, or how rehabilitation therapists are making Kinect an important part of the rehabilitation process for stroke and other brain injury patients at Royal Berkshire Hospital: Xbox.com/Kinect-Effect.
